In plain words. Cveelo turns your CV into a portfolio. It is free while we are in beta. Your content stays yours, you decide what to publish, and you agree not to use the service to harm others or to publish things you have no right to publish.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Cveelo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Cveelo provides
You upload a CV; we read it with AI, suggest a direction, and let you pick a hand-made template, edit it and publish it at an address like name.cveelo.com, with optional visit statistics. During the beta the service is free. We may add paid options later; if we do, we will tell you first and you will not be charged for anything you did not choose.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. At the moment each account has one portfolio.
4. Your content
Your CV, your words, your pictures and your portfolio belong to you. You give Cveelo a limited licence to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you: reading your CV, showing your portfolio in the editor, and serving your published page. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-lived copies that clear on their own.
You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload or publish, that it is truthful about you, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI and accuracy
We use AI to read your CV and a decision model to suggest options. AI can make mistakes: it can misread a layout, miss an item or put something in the wrong field. We never publish for you. Please review everything before you publish; what appears on your page is your responsibility. Suggestions are only suggestions, and you make the final choice.
6. What you may not do
- Publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or deceptive content, or impersonate another person.
- Upload another person's CV or pictures without their permission, or content that contains malware.
- Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach other users' data.
- Use an address (the part before
.cveelo.com) that is reserved, that imitates a brand or person you are not, or that is offensive. - Bypass limits we set (for example on uploads) or resell the service.
7. Templates and our work
The templates, designs, code and the Cveelo name belong to us. While your account is active you may use any template for your own portfolio. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates themselves. Published pages carry a small “Made with Cveelo” link in the footer; please leave it in place.
8. Your published page
A published page is public, and you are the publisher. You can edit it, take it offline or republish it at any time. We may remove or disable a page, with a reason where we can, if it breaks these terms or the law, or if we are asked to by a rightful authority.
9. Ending things
You can stop using Cveelo and delete your account whenever you like; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy page. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. We will tell you why when we can.
10. No guarantees, and limits on liability
Cveelo is provided “as is” while in beta. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should keep your own copy of your CV and your content.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed job or opportunity, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months (which, while the service is free, is nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the product before it applies, and continuing to use Cveelo after that means you accept it.
